Santos Gem IV - Central Studio - Work-Friendly

You can tell the place has been recently renovated. We liked that there was a separate room for my partner to work from, the bedroom was spacious and the living room has a nice view on to the courtyard. The location was great and not too loud, and the host was very responsive and helpful.

The shower in the bathroom was practically unusable. It didn’t have any ledge built (likely not finished during the renovation works) which meant that every time we showered - there was water leaking everywhere on the bathroom floor. Lighting could also be improved, especially in bedrooms, kitchen and living room by installing softer warmer light bulbs. Also the listing should pre-warn you that the ceiling is very low in the bathroom and in some parts of the living room so this place is def not recommended for tall people!

Propriétaire disponible et réponds vites aux besoins. N'hésitez pas à lui écrire pour lui demander ce dont vous avez besoin. J'ai eu par exemple besoin d'un second ventilateur. Et comme on est resté 10 jour j'ai demandé pour un changement de draps serviettes et ménage ça été fait. Pour résumer n'hésitez pas à demander.. L'appartement est bien situé par rapport à la place du commerce on n'y allait à pied comme on aime marcher. La gare de Santos est à côté donc on allait très souvent en train à Estoril, caiscai pour nager. On aimait bien pour 4€99 aller-retour adultes et moitié prix pour les enfants de 1z ans maxi ( dans ce cas aller à la gare de cais do Sodre pour payer les billets enfants directement aux guichets)

Franchement bon rapport qualité prix il n'y rien à redire. Quand il faisait très chaud on ouvrait les fenêtres

The location was amazing. Quiet, with lots of little cafes and restaurants in the corners. Authentic Portugese flair. The tram was located right outside and took us straight to the train station.

The location was really good making it easy to access our points of interest. We were a walking distance to places like Rossio and quickly connect to else where. The facilities were good value for money.

A bit too hot, fans were provided but they were a bit loud so we avoided to use them in the evening. We had to check out a day before due to a problem in the WC drain system.
