Good location, definitely not a Penthouse.

It was not particularly clean and various elements were not working microwave kept fusing and tv didn’t have an Ariel.

Nice stay once at property, just pre check in stressful!
Very awkward time consuming pre check in, wanted different forms of id , took at least half an hour to sort, not straight forward.

The accommodation was beautiful, really well furnished, spotless and clean, great facilities, and the host was so helpful, 10/10 for communication, they really went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed.

complete lack of support with the problems we had, no reply to emails
the location for us was good being we were visiting family
no keys to the main door for the first 3 days, tried to phone for help the phone line was rubbish and they hung up on me. I found a brown mark on the wall behind the toilet and drink marks on the furniture and pencil marks on the walls. on the 4th night, an alarm in the building was going off all night contacting the helpline and was of no help at all as it seemed it was not their problem the alarm not being turned off until 9 am the next morning resulted in a sleepless night and now I have revied an email stating my deposit had been returned but to date, it has not the funds arrivied in my account, having sent an email I received a bounce back stating their mailbox was full, I now believe we re being ripped off

Ideal Holiday Flat
As regular visitors to Wycombe, being on the West Wycombe Road was the first attraction. Then, comfortable accommodation was required, which the property easily met, being a recent new build block of 6 flats. The top floor flat and balcony were welcoming for us.
Manouvering a car into a designated space in the rear car park is a challenge. The developer could easily have provided more space for modern wide cars.

Ideale ligging met parking, tussen London en Oxford en vlakbij de Chilterns.
De locatie met parking was voor ons perfect: snelle verbinding met West Wycombe en de Chilterns. Twee ruime slaapkamers met goede bedden, een goed uitgeruste keuken (hoewel we niet echt gekookt hebben, alleen opgewarmd), wasmachine met droogfunctie, goede WIFI, voldoende warm.
Beperkte opbergruimte voor kledij en spullen in de kamers: slechts 2 kleerhangers beschikbaar, wat we toch wel lastig vonden.
