The location, and the view.
It takes too long for the staff to respond if you enquire about something. Also, the duvet was stained and a bit dirty. We struggled a bit due to the heat, there were no fan available.

Super clean and cosy and just really nice to be at. Great views and nice for a rest and to sleep. I’d recommend and stay again for the price. My train tickets were more.
The heat but that can’t be helped with summer, our room had an ac unit so all good.
