位置方便，附近很多店，吃的、用的都有。
房間夠大，空調舒適。
廚房的配件品質還不錯，像是刀，磨刀石，湯勺、炒菜勺、餐盤等。
（還是希望清潔人員可以清潔乾淨一點）
鄰近國道，加上隔音不算很好，週末有暴走族（摩托車）半夜被吵醒；另外雖然有洗碗機，也有提供洗碗精，不過清潔度不夠，很油膩，空機洗了三遍（heavy模式）仍然很油，只好手洗；餐具清潔度也不夠，還得自己花時間全部洗一遍，蠻可惜的。烘衣機的門壞掉了，最好盡快維修；主臥室裡的洗手槽落水卡住導致去水很慢。
停車位對於中型以上Van不友善（停車位不容易進），幸好我們是週末入住（樓下的辦公室沒人上班，所以沒有其他車），所以我們的NOAH還能順利停入，如果是上班時間可能就比較有挑戰性。

落地窗的景面對宜野灣，要直接看海炎季也是可以，空間很大，房間都有對外窗，採光好
