Calico Jack's Galley

Come enjoy your stay in our Pet Friendly and Historic "Beach Box" across the street from the beach. This 2 bedroom 1 bath cottage is just steps away from the beautiful beach. We have central heat/air, washer/dryer, High Speed Wi-Fi, Smart TV and off street parking.

Our beautiful and rustic little cottage features two queen pillow top beds and two twin pillow tops. We have a full size kitchen with all that's needed to cook a full dinner!

Only 3.8 miles from Bridge. Yes we are Pet Friendly!

The space

We have a new 60 inch Smart TV to enjoy your evenings with Netflix or your other streaming services.

Our beautiful little cottage features two queen pillow top beds and two twin pillow tops. We have a full size kitchen with all that's needed to cook a full dinner!

We hope you will love the original wood plank walls and ceilings. This is the way they built these original cottages years ago. Even the cabinets are built from the same wood and by the same carpenters. A very Historic Outer Banks Beach Cottage. This beach cottage can be described as Rustic. We are making improvements to our new addition and you may notice a few minor imperfections. We hope you will love the fabulous location as we are focused on providing a clean and comfortable respite for you and your family.
We have plenty of off street parking and are perfectly fine with your 4 legged companions!

Even with a thorough modernization the property is a historical home that is now over 70 years old. It has some eccentricities that reflect building standards and designs from the turn of the last century that lends to its charm as an older beach cottage. Our bathroom is not as large as modern built, but even so, we hope that you will love our older and charming home.

The house was clean and I had everything I needed. It was a very short walk to the beach, as advertised. The neighborhood was quiet and I especially enjoyed sitting on the porch listening to the waves in the evening.
