PERFECTION

The only word to describe this house is PERFECT 👌 it has everything you need and more! The attention to detail is spot on. Nothing is too much trouble for the lovely owners ben & clair. Location is great to go exploring West Wales. A real gem and home from home 🏡 🏠

Cosy but slightly tired farmhouse in a comfortable setting

Cosy farmhouse. Comfortable beds and good location in a quiet neighbourhood. Appreciated having a backyard and gas bbq. Easy walk to groceries, local restaurants and train station. Very responsive hosts.

The property was a little tired. There were a few items in need of repair. Wifi was poor.

Lovely property in a good location but not good value for what we paid.

The property was modern, comfortable and spacious and situated in a good location to Kilgetty town.

The recycling bins in the kitchen are way too small, this could be sorted with bigger proper recycling bins. No food bags anywhere, we had to use our own supermarket plastic bags. Also, we paid a lot of money to stay at the property and at the side of the shed were bits of what looked like carpet or artificial grass just left to rot. For the amount of money we paid this really was not acceptable. I personally felt the back garden could do with a general clean and tidy up. My husband had to clean out a lot of black human hair in the upstairs shower from previous customers as it overflowed when my daughter had a shower. This certainly was not very nice! None of my family have black hair so it most definitely was not from myself or my family. The flexi pipe to the shower also looked as if it was threaded but to be fair to the owner he did come to the property to replace it very quickly when I emailed to tell him. The iron unfortunately was unusable as it clearly needed to be cleaned as it just dispensed white powder on attempting to iron a pair of trousers. I personally would invest in a better make of iron and ensure it is cleaned after each stay. I will end by saying definite room for improvement. It is such a shame because it genuinely is a very nice property.

A really lovely house with a real home from home feel. Very comfortable stay with everything you could want for a break away with family. We absolutely loved it

Great stay at the farmhouse, lovely property and well equipped for families.

Peaceful location and very comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen. The property had some lovely features and it was very cosy.

Unfortunately the kitchen sink had an awful smell at times. Especially when using hot water. The kick boards in the kitchen kept falling down, dishwasher side and hob side. Another seat would have been great in the living area as we had 6 adults. Downstairs shower head being taped up was a bit of an eyesore. Wasn’t sure what to do with the recycling? There didn’t seem to be any boxes/bins available and we felt bad leaving the kitchen bin full and empty bottles on the worktop.

Beautifully decorated, clean and had everything we needed. Convenient location, lovely garden area. Quiet neighbourhood (until we arrived!) and really close to beaches, shops and pubs.

Lovely stay in Kilgetty

The farmhouse is beautiful, stylishly furnished, and immaculately clean. We loved the open plan kitchen and living room space. The owner was very friendly and recommended local walks. It's in a good location, close to Tenby, Folly Farm, Oakwood theme park, and the beautiful Pembrokeshire coast. Kilgetty village has a good Indian takeaway and chip shop, a couple of pubs, and a big Co-Op - all within walking distance and very convenient.

Sat Nav location didn't work directly to the address. (Not owners fault) He kindly sent a link with no issues

Exceptional

The cottage was perfect for 4 friends sharing. The kitchen was really well equipped and 2 bathrooms were a bonus. The cottage was beautifully decorated and we had a really relaxing week. Location is good and we were able to do 2 lovely coastal walks directly from the door.

Would be short on space in the lounge if 6 people were sharing.

Great quiet location

The farmhouse is situated close enough to Tenby approx 15 minutes and Saundersfoot 8 minutes, by car. We loved the quietness of the area in Kilgetty. The house has everything you need and for us, a family of five, it was perfect. The two bathrooms both with showers and toilets were a bonus. The rooms were all decorated beautifully and my 11 year old couldn't get enough of the Lego bedroom.There is also a tv in every bedroom aswell as the living room. The owners have thought of everything and were brilliant with their communication. The area is very quiet so is ideal if you're hoping for a relaxing getaway. There is a large co-op if you want to get any supplies and a chippy (cash only payments) in the town. There are a few takeaway places, but we didn't use them.

Everything about the house is lovely. Ben & Clare ahas made the house so cozy .We were greeted with welshcakes and a bottle of milk 😁 Space is huge, bedrooms are clean and tidy, kitchen is well organised. Bathroom is spacious equipped with eco friendly body & hair shampoo, so thats a plus point! Kitchen utensils are provided and complete which made it easier for us to cook. Sad that we couldnt bbq due to to weather. The location is also perfect as it close to Co-op and few minutes drive to Tenby.

Perhaps larger clothing rack to hang our clothes and towel would be great.

Amazing location and a beautiful home. We had a lovely short stay and we look forward to returning again in the future. Loved the helpful posters around the house and the lovely attention to details. We loved the board games which came in handy on a very wet evening!

A beautifully presented, comfortable cottage. Fully equipped with everything you could possibly need for a lovely weekend break. Located in the village of Kilgetty, the location is ideal and central for all the nearby attractions and beaches of Saundersfoot and Tenby.

it was in such good condition new furnished and everything so tastefully done. who put the place together for you? we want to know !!!! we need some help at our house down in Berkshire. Our only gripe was our beds were not too comfy. the wooden one creaked at the slightest movement !! and the downstairs loo we struggled to lock. would love to come Back! put us on ur mailing list :) and don't forget the meds in the freezer.
