Emplacement parfait pour tous

J'ai aimé l'emplacement tout été parfait et j'ai passé un sejour agréable en famille.

Je n'ai pas aimé le fait d'apprendre qu'il y avait une caution de 300€ a la dernière minute et après mon sejour, 1 moos plis tard je n'ai toujours pas eté remboursé malgré mes relances.

L’emplacement idéale. Très spacieux, les accessoires.

Le bruit du radiateur. Pas de rechange de literie. Le matelas qui s’enfonce Trop cher pour une semaine

The concierge /property manager was quick to respond to feedback and communication which was reassuring. As for the accommodation, it was generally a comfortable & functional space, and the fresh air from outdoors kept the apartment feel like one is truly on holiday. Having stayed on the 9th floor, this flat allowed a panoramic view of Saint-Denis plus the hills from the bedroom and balcony which gave fantastic visuals.

The current images shared on Booking.com gave an impression that the place has been kept to a high standard but in actuality, many things fell short. I hope Le Petit Ecrin will pay more attention to their flat's cleanliness and sanitation. Unfortunately, pictures fail to document foul smells, dirty microwave interior and flooding shower floor (think of the safety), for example. Also, the side table in one of the bedrooms was already damaged and hanging off the wall. So, if a registered flat will charge guests cleaning fee, then they should be principled enough to hand over a place that indeed has already been cleaned with atmosphere sanitised, so that guests can truly enjoy a good night's sleep after a stressful flight. Lastly, make sure that the beddings are fresh smelling.
