We loved the location and the size of the property. Also love the fence for the digs even though there are some spots where they could get out if you have dogs who like to dig

Location was excellent, walking distance to Marengo beach, a quieter, better beach for letting my dog off leash to play in the surf, & for both of us to walk freely. Apollo bay was close enough for easy access.
I liked everything about the property & home, nothing to complain about or that I could see needed improvement
