Close to the metro station (Red line), so it's vey convinient to go to the city centre/airport. The instructions regarding the check-in procedure, shopping, and all the rest are very conviniet. The kitchen is well equipped and the washing machine is a good option when you're travelling with children.
The sound isolation - hence the neighbourhood is quiet in general, you can always hear the neighbours (and their phone interlocutors) behind the wall and street bars when they're opened. Someone may say that the shelves are insufficient, but we've managed to put our staff during our stay. The street door was broken (they said that it would be repaired soon), so don't close it completely, otherwise you'd spent a few minutes trying to open it from the inside.
