Napraforgó apartman

Spacious property, very clean, amazing location.

The apartment was spacious and very comfortable. It had air conditioning and reliable Wi-Fi, and the interior itself was beautiful and well-designed. The location was excellent - right in the city center, just a 5-minute walk from Budapest Keleti station. The apartment was fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay: a washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, and even tourist brochures in several languages. The lighting was pleasant, and there were thoughtful touches like two umbrellas provided. The kitchen had all necessary utensils, along with coffee, tea, sugar, and salt. Cleaning supplies for both the dishes and laundry were also available. Bathroom amenities were provided as well, although some appeared to have been previously used.

The instructions for accessing the courtyard where the apartment is located were a bit complicated and could be clearer. There was also a draft, as the windows did not close tightly. In addition, the sound insulation from the street was quite low, so outside noise could be heard easily.

The apartment is clean, warm, and comfortable, equipped with all the amenities, including a washing machine and dishwasher. The bed and sofa bed are comfortable. The apartment is located on a main street on the edge of the Jewish Quarter, just steps from supermarkets and the Metro line 2.

Entering in the Apartment was a treasure hunt. I received detailed instructions from the owner and photographs of the various doors. But using door codes, lock keys, and apps to transfer personal documents I was lost. I would have preferred direct contact with the owner. There is no television. The apartment is located in a building that requires maintenance work.

The check-in process could be improved. Usually, you receive the key codes and any check-in requirements a few days before arriving. Here I received a link to check in the night before departure, where I was very busy packing and organising everything. The flight was early in the morning, so again no time to sort out the check-in. When I arrived in Budapest, I did not have internet had to sort this out first before getting the registration. My boyfriend arrived on an earlier flight and could not get into the flat before I had the registration done. So, I might suggest that the link to do the registration might be sent at least a few days before departure, so people have peace of mind before travelling.
