the property was beautiful, cozy and comfortable located in an excellent area with a nearby town and gorgeous views. the space both indoors and outdoors was amazing, and the hot tub in particular was a highlight of our trip!
there was nothing that we did not like.

It was cosy, very clean and nicely decorated, it has everything you need with great extras like Netflix, hot tub, speaker, bread eggs and milk.
maybe more butter for the bread but I cannot think of anything else!

It quiet rural location made for the prefect post Xmas switch off. The weather played its part, snow and ice however you wouldn’t know it inside the hut.
We thought a few blankets for the colder months on the sofa would be a nice and ( it was weather dictated) the jacuzzi could have been fuller however frozen pipes dictated that.

We had a wonderful three-night stay in the cabin over Christmas and thoroughly enjoyed our time in Inverness. The cabin was cosy, comfortable, and well-equipped, making it the perfect place to relax during the festive season. Everything was clean and thoughtfully prepared, and the peaceful setting made our stay extra special. We had a great time and would highly recommend this cabin to anyone looking for a memorable getaway.

Very clean cabin and felt homely.
We were sent away upon arrival from a long journey as we were 15 minutes early, granted we were their before our designated time of arrival, however, the man had said the cabin wasn’t ready as he was having a lazy day and couldn’t have been bothered to make up the bed earlier. After coming back to the cabin my parter had asked if his car was parked okay as we were in their driveway and wanted to respect their property, he then replied with a cheeky comment telling us to move the car into a “space” which was a very poorly labelled sign on their wall which was very small and couldn’t have been seen in heavy rain. We were extremely dissatisfied that the hot tub was not pre warmed, leaving us wasting 1.5 hrs before realising there was a faulty wire connection which stopped the tub from warming, a further 1.5 hrs was wasted on it warming up after that. In my opinion the only reason you book a cabin with a hot tub is to spend time in the hot tub if you don’t have local access to one, other wise we would have booked a hotel which would have been significantly cheaper.

Cabin was comfortable, clean, and had a good shower. Home baked bread and welcome platter was thorougly appreciated and enjoyed. Plenty of room for parking. Hot tub was easy to use and a highlight of the trip. It was kept in great condition and had been topped up with fresh water for our arrival. Information booklet on local area was great - went to Plodda Falls on the way back and would highly reccomend. Also has manuals for the appliances which saved dinner when we accidentally child-locked the oven and had to unlock it again.
Bathroom was tiny, having to squeeze passed the toilet to shower, and some finishings to be desired - latch on front door only closed with key in for example. No storage space save for a few storage cases under the bed so was no benefit to unpacking clothes during our stay. Only have dustpan and brush to tidy up so felt like Cinderella cleaning up after dinner.

We stayed in the Evelyn cabin, and it was perfect. Beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable, stunning views, and everything we could ask for in terms of amenities. There was fresh bread, eggs and milk for us when we arrived. The hot tub was right on our doorstep and easy to use. The location was quiet but a mere 5 minute drive to the town. We would definitely return!
Nothing - it was perfect!

The location was great.
The cabin is cosy and I think on another day would be perfect.
The hosts were quick to respond.
The cabin is well stocked for most things you need.
Our hot tub was broken kept on saying error message when we tried to heat it up in the morning. In the evening it didn’t fully heat up and wasn’t full with water when we arrived which wouldn’t have been an issue if the hot tub heated up as normal.
There was something left in the toilet when we arrived without going into detail. We have pics though if we are questioned.
I think on another day this place would be perfect we got unlucky.

The cabin was very clean and well furnished, sofa and bed were very comfortable. Welcome pack was very nice especially the freshly baked bread, all appliances very easy to use. Hot tub was amazing and very easy to use and views from the hot tub were amazing. Host was very friendly as well. Very handy instruction/ safety booklet with handy tips on places near by to visit plus local takeaways including where is cash only, local town nearby only 5-10 minute drive with lovely little cafes and gift shops.

When we arrived we greeted by a very nice man who told us where to park and gave us some information about the cabin. The kitchen was excellent and had everything you could need/want.The welcome basket is a lovely touch. The sofa was comfy and the decor was nice.Great information booklet with good recommendations. The bedroom was good and the bed was very clean and comfortable.Good mirrors and handy light behind door. The hand-wash smelled very nice.
The cabin was let down by the use of space left for the bathroom, the sink was so tiny when you went to wash your face water went everywhere. The inside of the cabin could just do with a little spruce up! Upgrade toilet roll. The cabin next to ours was very noisy!

The cabin was nicely furnished the facilities were great loved the welcome pack especially the homemade bread 🍞 😋. The hot tub was fantastic and easy to use also the view was incredible especially at night and so quite and relaxing.
The bathroom was a bit cramped the bed was a bit hard but maybe that's just my preference as I like a soft mattress.

The views from the hottub were amazing. It being under cover made it so we could stay in in the rain. The place was very clean. The hosts were very welcoming, and the fresh loaf of bread was definitely a nice touch. Beautiful inside the cabin as well.

Beatutiful wee cabin with great views and a fabulous hot tub. Comfortable bed, lovely relaxing areas, well equipped kitchen and pretty much everything you would need for a few days of chilling out.
Maybe a retractable roof over the hot tub so we could see the stars!!

Well appointed and lovely view from the veranda. The lodge was lovely and warm with ample cooking facilities. Beautiful view from the bedroom too!
The hot tub was not working on the first day following Storm Amy, but Paul attended immediately to fix it, which was very much appreciated.

An absolutely beautiful location, great views, and cosy clean little cabin. Excellent combination from hosts.
Only a very minor issue was some noise with comings and goings of other cabin guests staying nearby but nothing intrusive and the cabins are walled off from each other to provide plenty of privacy.

There was lots to like. The fresh bread and milk and eggs on arrival was a lovely touch. The kitchen was well equipped; I wasn't expected an oven, microwave, and hob. The decor was lovely, and the outside seating area was nice too. I would have loved to have been there on a cloudless night to see the stars. Even when the rain was lashing down, we were dry and warm on the terrace. It was great that there was Netflix and WiFi. The bed was comfy, and the bathroom, although compact, had everything you need, including a nice shower.
We didn't know we needed to bring our own logs for the log burner outside until we got there. It would have been nice to know that in advance. If it was in the property details, I missed it. There were a couple of big cobwebs above the bed and a lot of dust on the little lamps above the bed, but that's nothing a feather duster and a damp cloth can't sort. The ice box also needed a good clean, but I appreciate this can be difficult to do when you have a quick turnover to get it ready for the next guest. It did say in the instructions for the hot tub that there was a smell, and it was pretty strong. We had to shower after we went in as well, to get the smell off our skin. We also weren't expecting to be so near the other cabins or the main house.

The rural area, the compact feel and of course the hot tub.
Kitchenette was lovely and had everything we needed.
The height for my husband. Lol. He’s 6ft 5 so not exactly average and he kept bumping his head.

A two night stay as a base for attending Belladrum Festival.
Comfortable and clean wee cabin which met all of our needs.
Lovely view while relaxing in the hot tub.
The tray of goodies including bread, milk, butter and eggs was very welcome.
Would be very happy to visit again and to recommend to others.

Loved all the little touches. Lovely bread made my the host daughter! Absolutely lovely 😍
Great quiet location just what we needed after a hectic week after getting married.
Loved the hot tub! Was great to relax for a few days.
Easy to find property. Hosts were lovely.
Will definitely be recommending and looking to come back.
Only thing I could recommend is having a blanket in the cabin.

We loved everything about the place, quiet, relaxing and cozy. Everything has been thought of in these little huts. We went with the purpose of doing absolutely nothing and that’s exactly what we did and it was great. It rained the full time but because the hot tub is under shelter we were able to use it as much as we wanted. There is 8am-11pm rule for them but this didn’t bother us in the slightest as we usually go to bed early for work/our babies.
There was nothing we disliked.

The Highland Cabin is cozy and comfortable, and the hot tub was great! It took a while for the hot tub to warm up, but it was worth the wait! The location is quite and not too far from Inverness and Loch Ness. We would here stay again!
All was great, no worries!

Good location, we used as a starting point for the NC500. Very well equipped, spotlessly clean, helpful owners. Nice hot tub with screening to give privacy.
Felt cramped, fine for one or two nights but would have been tricky for longer.
