Snazzy 1BDR w Rooftop Mangroovy Free Pool & Beach Access

Location was miserable. One big building site Not impressed

Building works everywhere. Builders everywhere. Noise. Banging. Shouting. Exhaust smoke. Will be nice when they’ve finished building

My wife and me Love the Mangroovy Apartments. Everything was in it and it is near the kitespots

I Had a Little Bit Problems with the digital Door. Sometimes there was a Alarm

The apartment itself is nice, and the communication with the management is good. The location is fantastic, close to the pool, beach, cafes, restaurants and a supermarket.

The apartment unfortunately had an unpleasant smell upon arrival, so I needed to keep the windows and balcony doors open for ventilation, which was fine. The main downside for me, however, was the very loud air conditioning. The units were extremely loud, especially the one in the bedroom. The rattling noise was noticeable even through earplugs, making it difficult to sleep with the AC on, which was challenging as the room would otherwise become too warm. Additionally, I found the seating rather uncomfortable, particularly the sofa and the seating area on the upstairs terrace. Overall, addressing these points would significantly improve the comfort of the stay.

Location was not so bad. Close to the entrance of Hilton hotel for taxi pickup. Living room is big and bedroom has a working table.

* The rooftop photos do not match what was advertised. That was the main reason we booked this place, otherwise we would have chosen another apartment. We feel misled. False advertising. The rooftop is part of the building and it’s not like in the pictures. Very dirty and locked( had to request the key specifically) * The apartment is in very poor condition — old, dirty, bad smell, and many things are falling apart. Toilet leaking water, broken seats etc * There is no window or ventilation in the bathroom/shower. Ventilation is very noisy and even you can hear it through the building when others are using theirs. * The apartment is next to a construction site, so it is very noisy and dusty. * The balcony looks neglected, with broken fake plants. * The check-in experience was terrible. Booking says check-in starts at 14:00, but they failed to send us the QR code. Security would not let us in, they did not reply to messages, and the WhatsApp number could not be reached. We waited 1.5 hours before getting access. * The room is extremely dusty. Especially the bed and there is no vacuum cleaner available. I even have to wear a mask while sleeping or staying inside the apartment and my husband couldn’t sleep who usually is not allergic to anything.
