My family and I spent two fantastic nights at the two bedroom apartment in Rivergate Residence, and the extended stay only made us appreciate it even more. Having that extra night allowed us to fully enjoy the spacious, modern, and impeccably clean living space without feeling rushed. Its prime location right next to District 1 meant we could effortlessly explore downtown dining and attractions multiple times. The fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, and washing machine made us feel right at home throughout our stay. Relaxing by the stunning rooftop infinity pool in the evenings was an absolute highlight. Everything ran smoothly from start to finish, confirming that this is a top tier choice for short getaways in the city.

We spent two nights at this apartment during our visit to Ho Chi Minh City and had a very positive experience overall. The first thing we noticed when we walked in was how clean, bright, and well prepared the space felt. There was plenty of room to unpack our luggage, the bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked really well, which we especially appreciated after long days walking around in the heat. The location was another advantage. Getting a ride into the central areas was quick, while there were already plenty of restaurants, coffee shops, and convenience stores around the neighborhood. One evening we were too tired to go anywhere far, so we simply picked up some food nearby and enjoyed a quiet night back at the apartment. The host provided clear information before our arrival and responded quickly when we needed to ask something. I appreciated that help was always available without making the stay feel intrusive. Two nights went by quickly, but everything was smooth from arrival until departure. This is definitely a place I would keep in mind for another trip to Saigon.

- close to the center D1 - accessible area to stores, restaurants... - view from 12dn floor was great - pool was just ok, but only 5 chairs. If gets crowded you need to sit on the floor, or in the pool. :) - utilities, washing machine

- I am 100% sure I booked an apartment with balcony. And I received a 1 room (studio) with no balcony - they canceled 2 of my cards. I booked this several days before departure, and my 1st card was verified. Then when I switch planes and could connect to wi-fi, I saw that my card was rejected. Then I put another card, with money on it, and when I arrived in Ho Chi Minh find out that was rejected too. Finally I could pay with the same card when got the room key, but I am sure they wanted to put me in situation "Take it or leave it" after 14 hours flight, as this was not the apartment I booked - only 1 room cleaning / week is not enough. Room gets dusty really fast due to the pollution and heavy traffic outside - you need to announce before going to the pool, but that's not such a big deal - room was too small - in the end, price for 1 room was too expensive.
