The unit itself was nice and clean, in a convenient location directly attached to a big mall. Parking was secure, and although only one of the two lifts was working, it was still functional. The house was spacious, with two sofa beds, and even had a karaoke machine (though we didn’t get a chance to use it). Laundry was available for free—up to 13kg per day—at the same location where we collected the keys.

The check-in was confusing — we got a video on how to collect the keys, but no info on which unit we were staying in. The receptionist couldn’t help, and the host didn’t respond for hours. We spent nearly two hours figuring out the unit and parking ourselves. Later that night, the power went out due to a broken washing machine that was already plugged in when we arrived, even though there was a clear warning sign not to use it. None of us had touched it, but we still had to manage the situation on our own, with no response from the host.

the bedsheet, pillow case is worn out. should get the Management to improve the common areas namely parking, lobby, lift (it was very stuffy)
