Modern 3 BR Cottage with Community Pool and Directly Across the Street from the Beach!

The property's location is just perfect. Despite having condos across the street, we still enjoyed a lovely view of the ocean. It only took us 2 minutes to walk to the beach. Plus, we were conveniently close to Gulf State Park, Walmart, restaurants, and entertainment options. The check-in process was quick and hassle-free. The place itself was spotlessly clean and well-stocked with kitchen supplies, like dishes, utensils, pots, and pans. The decor was tastefully done, modern, and refreshing. We had more than enough towels and sheets, and the hose pipe outside was a lifesaver for washing off sandy feet. Parking was no issue at all, as the carport easily accommodated three cars. The wifi worked like a charm, and the TVs had all the entertainment apps we needed. Oh, and a big shout-out for the citronella candle on the porch - it was a great help in keeping the bugs at bay.

The following were only minor observations: The porch lights are a bit wonky, with quite a few bulbs blown out. Those lights above the kitchen table are just hanging too low, and our tall friends kept knocking their heads on them. It would've been really nice to have a TV in the third bedroom with the day beds. Imagine lounging around and catching a flick in there! Oh, and heads up, the bathroom tub is pretty slippery. It might be a good idea to put something in there to prevent any slips. Also, it'd be great to have a fan somewhere on the property that guests can use on the porch. You know, to keep cool during those hot days.
