È in zona tranquilla e residenziale.

Great location. Our room was a very nice size with bathroom. The home made breakfast is different each day so it's really nice that the host makes home made breakfast every day.
One of the days we needed some soap for washing a stain and the host offered to do it for free .
The days that it got cold we had central heating which was very nice.
The host was very friendly and they let us leave the luggage until our departure time.
It is not a negative, but would be nice to add some "continental" breakfast items like toast/butter/jam.
