Appartement très bien situé : commerces, plage, front de mer à proximité. Vue sur la mer avec Terrasse. Place de parking très appréciable. Globalement bien équipé.
Salle de bain WC très petite. Trop de lumière dans la chambre la nuit (store pas assez occultant et plafonnier qui fait veilleuse la nuit). Par ailleurs pas de possibilité de sortir du lit sur un côté car lit contre le mur.

La propreté la proximité de la plage
Appartement trop petit trop chère pour la qualité de la prestation salle de bain minuscule dans 3 mètres carrés une douche un toilette un lavabo et une machine à laver pas de place pour ce retrouver , en ce qui concerne la chambre lit contre le mur et le placard besoin de monter sur le lit pour ouvrir la fenêtre, accès de l'appartement par le balcon du voisin mais la chose la plus importante c'est la fête foraine à 30 mètres de l'appartement impossible de manger dehors le soir ni de dormir les fenêtres ouvertes de la musique et des cris jusqu'à 2h du matin et ça ce n'était pas précisé
