Nice little apartment really close to the city center. The apartment has everything it needs. There's even a balcony with a bit of a view. It was clean and well maintained. The host gave me good and clear instructions even with images on how to get the keys and get inside.

Nice studio with big windows.
The bathroom was a bit smelly, but might be a temporary matter since I did not see other reviews mentioning it. Window open it was just fine.

It's good value for money for the size of the room, for some facilities and for how it's right in the middle of downtown.
The building looks like it's going to collapse at the first earthquake. Also the fridge didn't work and it smelled funny, despite it being plugged in.
