We were given instructions on the day to enter the garage, despite them knowing the door was out of action. I had to call to get the alternative code for the key safe.

Loved the location, right in the city centre. The house felt really cosy and the bedrooms were very spacious, with comfortable beds. The kitchen was very well equipped and clean. The email communication was great and it was really easy to get the keys.
Could do with labelling the bins in the house, which one is recycling and which is general waste.
The garage was pretty small, but we knew that from the email. Maybe recommend a reasonably priced car park (if possible). It cost £40 to park the car for 48 hours.

location was excellent
lots of internal stairs, missing lots of little things that would make the stay more comfortable such as tea bags, hooks for towels in the bathroom, towels in the kitchen
