I like the area a lot. Quiet and very short way to what I need when i am there. Beach is close and some decent places go eat. Not fancy but I like it .
This particular apartment has it all but would like a bit to be loved. It is pretty obvious that the staff that does the maintainance is not really under control.

Quiet area and private very safe building, nice balcony, good washing machine, TV, Wi-Fi all functioning well. Quite old apartment but cleaned properly. Couch/bed more comfortable than expected. Free parking just on the street. Property manager responds fast and was helpful. A bit confusing to find the right gate and doors at first (instructions were given) but worth to stay there for multiple days.
Needs small renovation/refreshments, to be a very nice place in the future, especially the bathroom “door”, washer and shower head. However apart from one of 2 the stove places, that didn’t work, everything else was usable.
