Stylish flat with balcony overlooking the sea

The location is great and you have view on the ocean :) there is anything that you need from microwave to the wasching maschine :) The communication with personel was very good :)

The balcony its not really for use because there is a Lot of birds and they shit on it… which also makes the Windows dirty from outside ( not only on the balcony ). The curtains and carpet were stained which is not what you want to see next to dirty Windows. The bedsheets smelled funny but otherwise bed was comfortable. The lifts only work if you jump a little inside… took a bit getting used to but afterwards wasnt a problem :D

The apartment has a fantastic location near the ocean and all the shops and restaurants. The apartment building is well maintained. The view is amazing. You can see the ocean and the cliffs from the windows and balcony.

The apartment is great but would benefit from some maintenance. The door to the bathroom is not closing so well, there is some light water damage to the ceilings and walls etc.

Location next to beaches. The kitchen that had everything you need - including coffee and tea - too bad the pans and pots were not clean 🤦🏻‍♀️

The apartment needs renovation (large traces of water and mold on walls and ceilings, which guests had spoken of a year ago and were not taken care of), it also needs deep cleaning - rugs, chairs. One kitchen high stool was almost broken. Pillows are very low quality , bedsheets smell funny, bathroom door won't close properly and makes a lot of noise, poor quality soap and shampoo recipents, dirt traces on walls, kitchen pans and pots not clean, birds noises on balcony roof at 6.00 am every morning (we had to use ear plugs in order to sleep), dog barking in the apartment upstairs every nigh for about one hour. Overall, not the quality one expects for 100 eur/night and a highly rated apartment. We were dissapointed.
