Room very comfortable. Swimming Pool great. Good breakfast.

Amazing amenities, the beds were huge and comfortable. The pool and deck chairs were a great way to relax on a warm day. The location was perfect, everywhere was walkable in old town.

Located is very central but the rooms can be quite claustrophobic

Rooms are really plain. We were given a room with a window facing a wall which was quite claustrophobic so I complained and the hotel at least upgraded us. But even then, the rooms are not great. Worst bit is that there id no parking and the closest parking lot is at least 10 mins away for which you’re expected to pay! When I complained about this, the hotel offered free parking but even then it was too far away to be convenient. Overall, however, the hotel was kind enough to offer paid parking and a better room but it seemed like we had to constantly ask for everything. Also, there are no porters to help.
