As 4 friends who prefer separate rooms, this apartment was perfect for us. It is indeed light and airy, has 4 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and is very comfortable. We were met by the host. LOCA have acted on feedback and provide some basic welcome supplies of coffee, detergent, etc and there are local shops/supermarket for supplies. We choose to stay here as arrived by train (Sants) and wanted to be away from central Barcelona at night (too noisy). A great location for us and we appreciated the importance of quiet at night as it is a local neighbourhood. We loved the Sants area. Metro and buses are close by but also liked the walk to Placa Espana and Montjuc. Plenty of bars and shops around. If you stay, you might like Placa d'Osca - a lovely square for evening drinks and tapas. Thanks LOCA team. We'll be back!!
A tea towel would have been useful, otherwise the kitchen had all we needed.
Check in is on-line and email reminders are sent daily until you do this, along with email reminders for payment of city tax and deposit. These can be overwhelming, especially as City Tax can be paid in cash on arrival.

Muy bien ubicado, amplio el living comedor, luminoso, linda cocina! Lo rodea a todo el departamento un balcon ancho muy lindo.
Al lado hay un patio de colegio que hacen ruido, a nosotros no nos molesto.
