Kitchen was well equipped , host was helpful , everything was fine

cleanliness and safety for family stay as it is inside a residential complex
chk-in and chk-out info and assistance was very bad the owner lady did not know even little English to communicate and I was not given the entry passcode for the door and she also dint have it. had to wait for more than an hour to get the pass code! they accepted my date change but took 100 euro extra separately and returned 20 euro for delayed chk in!!
