QUE ESTABA LIMPIO Y EL DEPARTAMENTO TENIA TODO LO NECESARIO PARA LA ESTANACIA DE UN PAR DE DIAS. EL LUGAR MUY AGRADABLE Y SILENCIOSO. EL BARRIO ES LIMPIO Y LA GENTE AMABLE.

Property is nice. Everything you need to feel like home is there. Really thought of. You can really feel like home. Owner is also very nice and helpful. Near the beach. Stores and restaurants are around the area. Love the local market every Tuesday just few meters away from the property. No hidden charges. Bed is wide as well. Overall, if you're in a budget and wanted to feel like home, this is the place to be. Also it's a great getaway to the busy and crowded city of Rome. We stayed for a week and visited rome for few days. Rest is we stayed at the beach and exploring around the area.

Appartamentino piccolo ma secondo me piú che giusto, fornito di tutto il necessario. Il proprietario ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni necessarie per il check-in e il check-out insieme a tutte le informazioni necessarie.
Ho particolarmente apprezzato lavatrice/asciugatrice in loco. Negozi, ristoranti ecc, tutto a due passi. Mare favoloso e attrazioni vicine, soprattutto Zoomarine, ormai tappa fissa.
Torneremo? Molto probabilmente si.
Siamo stati a fine stagione estiva quindi sicuramente l'usura della stagione si vedeva su qualche mobilio (il divano letto pur essendo comodissimo presentava nel centro una parte sfondata. Il tavolo super efficiente ma aveva segni di ruggine , sicuramente dati dal mal utilizzo di qualche ospite). Qualche segno di frescura su muri e in doccia più che altro antiestetici, ma piú che un consiglio non lo pongo come critica. Insomma nulla dire sulla funzionalità, forse attenzione ai dettagli ma purtroppo spesso sono danni dati da ospiti poco attenti.
