The location and check in process was easy. Building very safe.
Wasn’t clean and no toiletries given, no tea or coffee and tv remote not working.

City centre location
Difficulty finding what shop to collect key from. Difficulty getting the correct address of the apartment. Outside the building was badly littered and homeless people sleeping in doorway. Inside the communal areas stank of cannabis. Very loud noises of multiple people engaging in sexual activity in one apartment next door. Bed was very poor quality and uncomfortable. Noises all night of people in the carpark outside our window taking / injecting drugs most of the night. .

Everything - Condon packets, tissues, rubbish bin, floors unswept, fridge with days old food, shampoo and conditioner spilt in shower, only 1 towel - YOU KNOW ALL THIS AS I AM STILL WAITING FOR COMPENSATION - issue NOT Solved by booking.com

Terrible. Uncomfortable bed and Internet didn't work a whole day. Told then I needed it and nothing was fixed. Had to spend more money getting another hotel elsewhere they offered me £10. What a joke.

It was a nightmare trying to get into the property, wrong keys, wrong apartment number. Eventually got in at 8.28pm. After a tiring trip to Liverpool, tired cold and hungry . Total mess up.eventually got help after phoning up.

Hi, I sent Booking.com an email regarding this property on 10th Jan 2024 and haven't to date, received a response.
My husband and I were not happy with this property at all. It was disgraceful.
I have requested to be reimbursed for items of which where not supplied and was unable to contact anyone over the Christmas period to resolve such issues.
- I would like to be refunded for 1 nt (Christmas eve) stay, as we were given incorrect instructions to enter the property. Therefore we were unable to enter the property until Christmas day. No one from the property management where answering calls or text. We had to take alternative accommodation for the evening. (maybe I should request reimbursement for this as well).
- I purchased 2 x Bath towels as the towels supplied where very dirty and stained. I requested additional towels and received 3 of which again, where badly stained.
- I had to purchase a sharp knife as none where supplied in this "supposed" fully equipped kitchenette which had 2 cups and chipped plates.
My husband and I are very dissatisfied, disappointed and annoyed.
This property is unsafe and filthy. I have taken 67 images of the insecurity of the building, the room door, the unhygienic conditions we stayed in, including the sheets being stained and the unsafe wardrobe.
I am confident in mentioning that I should be reimbursed for the items above = 69.06 (GBP) = $138.12 (Aus dollars).
In reality, I should be reimbursed for the whole stay as I left the room cleaner than what is was presented to my husband and I.
Please note that I have kept the receipts for these items and I have also kept emails I sent to the property people should you require copies.

- Property management - No contact - Unsafe/insecure locks on room
- Cleanliness was terrible - Dirty, stained towels
- Dirty, stained sheets - No internet tv
- No cleaning equipment (only a dirty mop and a bucket supplied, inside of the wardrobe)
- Unsafe wardrobe (held up with a mouse trap and that back not secured)
- Homeless people sleeping in the reception area
- Our Christmas eve & Christmas day was ruined because of a lack of communication from the property people.

Great little place, does the job for a short stay and is in a great location for exploring the city centre of Liverpool! Bed was really comfortable, toilet and shower facilities are perfect and if you wanted to there's access to make food and a small dining table if you were there for work and don't want to eat out. Perfect for that or for my purposes which was just a clean and comfy place to sleep after a few nights of enjoying the nightlife or Liverpool for a friends hen do.
Overall, no issues. The lockbox for the key is around the back of the building which (at my own fault) I ended up collecting very late at night which was a little dark, but the host sent a clear video of how to access and it was very helpful.

Room was lovely and clean and comfortable. Location was great and not to loud.
We noticed on arrival that the door lock was broken so was a bit concerned it was safe.
Cutlery and plates where provided but there was only 1 mug and no glasses, we would of provided our own if it had been noted on the booking, as only one of us could drink at a time,also no bin was provided so just had to use a carrier bag we got from the shop to store rubbish and keep it tidy.
Just to make you aware as well the coffee machine is leaking, after using it Friday night and waking up Saturday morning there was water everywhere, so was hard to use as had to keep emptying the water out and wipe down the surfaces. This by no means would stop us booking again, it's just a few things that would make it even better.

It was very clean and a comfortable stay. The location was also a very good factor as it was right by the centre and walkable distance to everywhere.
It was a self check in and out only problem with this was that the keys were located where all the homeless people hang out and do their stuff

Location was convenient. Instructions for access were clear.
Advertised as private parking, but really that means no parking at all. Had to sort our own parking at considerable cost. Booking.com did not back their booking and said that we should have known that private parking did not guarantee a car park. The area is a bit dangerous and noisy, lots of drug users and noise. Picking up the key in darkness would be an issue.
