Beschrijving van hoe we de sleutel moesten ophalen was gedetailleerd en correct. Auto kan geparkeerd worden, is wel zeer krappe poort. Ligging is centraal in Reims en je kunt overal te voet heen. Fijn dat er twee losse slaapkamers zijn en er is een ruime badkamer.

De wijk is zeer luidruchtig en het appartement had geen airco. Vanwege de warmte moesten we met de ramen open slapen, waardoor er veel geluid van naastgelegen parkeergarage te horen was. Het appartement is ruim en prima voor vier volwassenen, maar niet netjes afgewerkt. Er zitten veel beschadigingen op de muren, er zat geen plaat voor de vaatwasser. Op de foto's ziet het er prachtig uit, maar is inmiddels veel minder.

Great location - very central and being so close to the Cathedral was great. Property was secure. Open plan kitchen, dining, living space was good. Secure parking.

The smell in the bathroom was not great. Potentially this can't be helped due to the lack of ventilation but it wasn't pleasant. We also ran out of hot water on the Saturday morning. The bedrooms were very basic. The mattresses were comfortable but the bed in the back room was not fitted together properly and multiple slats fell out each night and we had to put them back each morning. There was a lack of space to store clothes. In one room there was hanging space and in the second room shelving but that was it. There were also no mirrors in either bedroom so we had to dry our hair in the lounge. There were nice wine glasses but there was only one tumbler for soft drinks. The whole apartment was in need of some renovation. The skirting boards were falling away from the wall in many places and the paint work needed touching up. Better instructions on how to get to and from the apartment with the road closure and all of the one way roads would be helpful. This has the potential to be a great apartment with some TLC.
