    A good resort near the backwaters with plenty of activities. The buffet menu was excellent and the food was tasty. The staff were very polite and friendly. The resort is located between Ernakulam and Alappuzha(near border), so you'll need to travel a bit to reach either destination. Overall, I recommend this resort for a relaxing vacation—just keep in mind that the food is a bit expensive.

    Check -in: courteous front desk Rooms: soiled stinking towels. dirty floors . Water leaking from AC with cooling issues. No water bottles. No room slippers. No green tea bags. Room service : very poor room dine- in service. Breakfast - very ordinary . Poor quality of preparation and no taste. Chicken sausage was old stock and rotten. Lunch- checked out ahead of time and moved to another hotel. Couldn’t tolerate the horrible experience any further .
