About this house rental
The Chateau at Shooting Star is set between the Snake River Ranch, a working cattle operation since the 1930s, and the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, Shooting Star has one foot in Jackson Hole's rich ranching heritage and another in its newer incarnation as a world-class skiing and outdoor recreation area. Waterways line the landscape with 1,300 acres of lands protected by conservation easements and views of three mountain ranges, including the world renowned Tetons, The Chateau at Shooting Star is a place where you feel one with nature, and yet it is only a short drive to the galleries, shops and the restaurants of downtown Jackson.
The home itself is stunning, with direct views of the legendary Tetons from both the Master Bedroom, adjacent bedrooms and from Livingroom. There is a bar area, shuffleboard table with an expansive fireplace and TV area. The driveway area offers a covered front door parking area, or choose to park in the heated garage. There is a media room also available. And off the front end of the home there is a hot tub, where the Tetons are literally looking down on you.
It is a 11 minute walk out the door to the mountain, or a 3 minute drive per google maps.

This house was even better than Rachel described it. The location to the mountain was perfect and the house exceeded our needs for this trip with our family and another family. Rachel has assisted me with 3 ski trips this year and we are so lucky that she suggested Jackson Hole and this rental for us. We will be back!
