We stayed for a long weekend and the property was clean and every detail was perfect. I loved the personal touches and the host was very communicative. The photos don’t do it justice. My teenage daughter said “I could live here” and we had no complaints. Very charming and perfectly curated. Highly recommend!

The house is older, but everything worked well, and we had plenty of space. Our family consisted of 2 kids and 3 adults, and there were ample bedrooms to accommodate us. The screened in porch was great for enjoying dinner one evening that we cooked on the provided charcoal grill.

Danielle was an amazing host and just a text away whenever we needed anything. We were looking for a place close to family that would allow us to work remotely and also be relaxing. Located in the heart of Battle Lake, we were able to walk wherever we needed to go (workout, groceries, dining, post office, etc).
We began each day with a sunrise walk to the lake followed by a workout at Battle Lake's new fitness center and yoga at Never Better. The house wifi served our working needs with a kitchen that allowed us to easily cook our meals to hosting family. We found all we needed and so much more in our month-long stay. Can't wait to return next summer!
