House and outdoor area was great and Tammy was very attentive to any needs. The pool was a big hit with slide and waterfall. Thanks for a great Christmas vacation and hope we can be back next year!!!

The house was very spacious and accommodated my family. The pool area was very nice, relaxing and inviting. The information for the WiFi was not listed in the guest book and it took 2 days for us to get the correct one via email. The pilot light on the oven was out and had to keep getting relit in order for us to cook. The very back bedroom pillow cases had hair on them so we ended up washing the entire bedding.
Overall the stay was enjoyable.

While the owner was very responsive, we ran into several issues during our stay that made it not as great as it could have been. Pool heater was not working, which we were aware of prior to our arrival. The pool and jacuzzi were dirty although the owner did send someone out to clean once we contacted her. The backyard had sprinklers running often, so the grass was often wet and soggy so kids couldn't play as much as they had hoped. The back yard was the main reason we booked this property, we just couldn't enjoy it as much as we had hoped. The house was clean and is very spacious with lots of space and comfortable beds. The office area was nice if you need to do some work or make calls during your stay.
