43" Smart TV, 2 person dining table, and fully stocked kitchen for the cooking enthusiasts.
Living/Dining/Kitchen and 1.5 baths.
BEDROOMS:
Bedroom #1: Master Bedroom with king sized memory foam mattress, 1/2 bath, and walk-in closet.
Bedroom #2: 1 QUEEN sized bed with memory foam mattress with two nightstands and smart TV
Bedroom #3: 1 QUEEN sized bed with memory foam mattress with two nightstands and smart TV
BATHROOMS:
Bath #1: Full bathroom featuring a shower/tub combo.
Bath #2: 1/2 bath in the Master Bedroom.
Laundry Room
To make your stay even more stress-free we also offer Baby bassinet, pack and play, rocker and toys upon request!
Guest Access:
- Parking: Room for 4 cars in driveway. Please adhere to all street/CITY signs/restrictions.
- Keyless entry, your code/instructions will be sent prior to your arrival by one of team members
Other Things to Note:
- Absolutely NO parties or events allowed at our home. There is a $1,000 fee for not abiding by this rule.
- No Smoking
- Please make sure to read and agree to all House Rules. Noise Device in place.
- Early check-in / Late check-out requests cannot always be approved, but we try our best, and there may be an additional charge.
- Guests must be pre-approved by the host. Absolute max capacity is 6 guest

This home had everything we needed and more! The owners really knew how to go all out with special touches: a bottle of wine, snacks, ingredients for s'mores, and a tiny smokeless for creating those s'mores. Wait, there's more... a basket on the hearth included picture books and treats for the children and the shower had beautiful containers for shampoo conditioner, and body soap.
If you bring a pet, the backyard is huge and completely fenced it. The neighborhood was nice and quiet. We felt very safe.
I almost forgot... there's an iPad preloaded with Spotify and connected to small bluetooth speakers (Echo Dot?).
The home looked just as depicted in the photos, if not better!
