This is a brand new three-bedroom, two-bath private home with heated swimming pool, hot tub, enclosed garage, and luxurious furnishings that is close to the beach and conveniently located at the northern end of Fort Myers Beach in a quiet residential neighborhood. You will love the location of this home and the convenience of being able to walk to everything during your stay. Seven miles of white sugar sand beach are waiting for you at the end of Delmar at the deeded beach access right across Estero Blvd. A short 3-4 minute walk will have your toes running through the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Be close to all the action of Times Square here. Charter boats, jet-skis, and parasailing rentals will soon be back, and are within walking distance. Take pleasure in a day trip on the Key West Ferry. Hop the Beach Trolley at the stop on the corner of Estero Blvd. You can explore a variety of eateries that are starting to open after hurricane Ian. The trolley runs regularly between Fort Myers Beach and Bonita Springs. We had an outstanding trip made even better by this amazing rental. Everything about the rental was clean and easy. We loved the bikes, beach chairs, pool, hot tub, and more. The property manager was extremely responsive and we didn’t have any issues. Couldn’t be happier!

We had a wonderful stay at FMB Farmhouse! We came with our family and another family, and the space was perfect for everyone. The house was very clean, modern, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed and more. The pool and hot tub were a huge highlight for both the kids and adults, and we spent a lot of time enjoying them. It was a great place to stay, and we would definitely come back!

We were very pleased with our recent experience! The property is just a short walk to the beach and has a nice hot tub and heated pool. The outdoor shower made cleaning up from a day at the beach so easy.
The house is new, very clean and gives relaxing vibes which is a must when you are on vacation! There is a grocery store minutes from the property but the property manager had most the essential items you would need.
The property manager was very organized, easy to communicate with and checked in to make sure we were happy during our stay.
We will definitely be staying here again when we return. Highly recommend.
