You will have full access to the unit, except for two closets. These closets are used by the cleaning team and the owners. Rest assured that your privacy will not be disturbed in any way during your stay. Prior to your arrival, detailed instructions and access codes will be provided to check in to the building and retrieve keys from the secure lockbox.

**PLEASE NOTE** The apartment building is undergoing renovations in the summer of 2026, and there is potential noise in the building during daytime hours. There are occasional water disruptions, elevator disruptions, and contractors needing access to the unit. We will keep guests updated in advance regarding construction.

The condo unit and building doors automatically lock when closed. To prevent being locked out, it is important to always carry your keys and key fob with you.

To access your designated parking spot, use the unit key fob or garage door opener. The entrance to the parking garage is on Delgany St, not on Wewatta St. For more details, please review your property guidebook, you'll receive the link prior to your check-in date.

Smoking of any kind is forbidden inside AND outside the home and will result in a minimum fine of $650.
