Welcome to the BESTNEST at 103 Governors Road in Sea Pines. This super stylish 4BR/3.5 BA home was recently renovated with fabulous furnishings, POOL, SPA, and screened porch!

• Main level master bedroom with fabulous bath and huge walk in closet. Second level bedrooms include a Guest King bedroom with en suite bath, plus Guest King bedroom that connects with a jack and jill bath to a kids room with 2 twins and one trundle.
• Fabulously outfitted kitchen, laundry room and second refrigerator in garage
• Sleeps 8 comfortably, including special doggie "hotel" space
• Special features include open kitchen, huge screened porch with TV, gas grill, and heatable pool and spa
• Whole house mesh system for great WiFi coverage and enhanced Spectrum cable
• 6 Samsung Smart TVs plus Bose Bluetooth speaker for streaming our BESTNEST playlists

• Linens: Ahhhhh, yes! Completely comfortable, all cotton bed and bath linens including extra blankets and clean and comfy sleeping pillows, and clean kitchen linens.
• Always provided in every BESTNEST in quantity for your stay: beach chairs/umbrellas/sand toys/beach cart, beach towels, a supremely equipped kitchen (in quality and quantity), hand soap, dish soap, kitchen sponges, trash bags, paper towels, tissues and toilet paper, your favorite hair dryer, fragrance free laundry soap and dryer sheets, ziploc bags, coffee filters, cleaning supplies, coat and skirt hangers, and a few surprises.

HOW FAR TO BEACH: You can bike to the beach in about 15 minutes, or read on for other options.

BEACH CLUB ACCESS/PARKING Onsite parking AT the Beach Club is permitted for all overnight guests, Labor Day-mid March. From Mid March through end of summer, Beach Trolleys transport guests from various parking spots within Sea Pines to the Beach Club. Closest Beach Trolley location is at Greenwood Drive and Willow Oak, less than 5 minutes by car from Governors Road. DAY AFTER LABOR DAY THROUGH MARCH, EVERYONE MAY PARK AT THE BEACH CLUB.

VEHICLES/ATTACHMENTS denied entry to Sea Pines include motorcycles/scooters, any vehicle categorized as an RV (this includes vans with hook ups), boats, jet skis, and trailers.

PETS: We welcome your well-behaved dog (small to medium sized) for $350 per dog. Regrettably, Labradors and other oily coated breeds are not allowed. Dogs allowed on FIRST FLOOR ONLY are not allowed on furniture or beds (or their humans will have to pay the fine) and must be crated when left alone in the property.

No pets in your party? No problem as there is NO pet evidence in this house.

POOL HEAT: Heatable with propane (efficient in all air temperatures).Charge is $350.00 for the first day and $150.00 each additional day during March - May and September - November. This charge is non-taxable and non-refundable.  Please inquire for winter rates.

PAYMENTS: For reservations made thirty (30) days or less days prior to arrival, payment in full is due at the time the reservation is made. For reservations made thirty one (31) days or more prior to arrival, payment of 25% of the total is required, and the full amount of travel insurance premium, if accepted, is required at the time of booking. The balance of the final total is required thirty (30) days prior to arrival. Long term winter reservations policy differs- please inquire.

CANCELLATIONS: You are welcome to cancel your reservation without penalty and receive full refund of your deposit up to 31 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made 14 days to 30 days prior to arrival will receive a 50% refund of total payment. At 13 days prior to arrival, your reservation becomes noncancelable and non-refundable. Travel insurance is highly recommended.

Super comfortable, immaculately clean and well appointed. Stunning screened in porch that became our favorite room. Gourmet kitchen. We loved it so much we booked for next Christmas.

It was a great location, beautifully appointed, had everything we could need, and so comfortable. As others have said, it was very well maintained and definitely the cleanest vacation home we’ve stayed in which makes the vacation even more relaxing and enjoyable. Great host and communication. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed here while in town for my cousin’s wedding and it was perfect for our needs. We liked having 2 master bedrooms and the kids loved using the pool (and the adults loved the hot tub)! You can tell it has been remodeled and the renovation really makes a difference. The kitchen set up was great, the screen porch was a really nice feature, and the house came with everything we needed for the long weekend. I would say the only complaint was that the person who cleans the pool didn’t come until the end of our stay so there was a lot of pine straw and bugs in the pool (we tried cleaning it out the best we could). Thanks for a great stay-we would definitely stay here again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was spotless! Beautiful pool and backs right up to the golf course. Perfect for evening walks. We had a large group with 4 teenagers and the girls loved the huge upstairs bathroom for all of their makeup and getting ready. Boys were comfortable in the twin beds with a pull out trundle. Close to the bike paths and the primary suite on the main was a nice distance from the upstairs bedrooms for some peace and quiet. The screened in porch was where we spent most of our time, serene and comfortable furniture. We will be back, thank you!
