This quiet, bright, and high-quality furnished vacation rental is located on the first floor of the house and features a separate entrance as well as two furnished terraces. The large sunbathing and lawn area is also available for children to play in. The apartment features a kitchen with a dining area and pantry, a living room with a dining area in the bay window, a bathroom with a toilet, bathtub, and shower, one double bedroom, and one bedroom with two separate beds. A crib and high chair are available for toddlers and babies. Electrical appliances, plenty of dishes, silverware, pots, games, and books are provided. Up to 4 adults and one toddler can enjoy their vacation in the vacation rental. The vacation rental offers free Wi-Fi.
Bicycles and motorcycles can be parked free of charge in the lockable double garage; parking for cars is available upon request.
The living-dining room and the kitchen were newly renovated in January 2023.
