Garage for secure bike storage, paved trails for bike in and out access to the Momentary, the Meteor, 8th Street Market, museums, parks, gravel and mountain bike trailheads and more. Centrally located and right off the highway for experiencing everything Northwest Arkansas has to offer by bike or car.

Off-street parking for two cars in the driveway, single car garage for securing your bikes. Additional street parking available.
Other things to note
Wifi is strong throughout the house for those needing to work from home. The TV has all of you favorite apps to login or cast from your phone once connected to the internet. Please include all children and pets in your booking requests. Additional nightly pet fees of $10 per pet per night for short term stays, and $5 per night for up to two pets for long term stays. For more than two pets, please contact us for pet fees. These fees cover additional cleaning costs, and we will schedule access with you for these additional cleanings during your long-term stays.
