About this villa rental
Konoha Sanctuary – Pool, Playground & Unlimited Internet (Opening June 2026)
The home is currently being upgraded into a spacious, family-friendly 4-bedroom retreat for up to 12 guests. Each room sleeps three, with two ensuite air-conditioned rooms, plus unlimited internet, a new 8 x 3 metre pool, and a playground for kids.
Please note: Current photos are of the villa as it is now. Updated photos will be uploaded once renovations are completed by June 2026.
This 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom villa (2 bedrooms with ensuites) offers:
• Private fenced swimming pool (not shared)
• Kids playground (not shared)
• Air conditioning in lounge and 2 ensuite bedrooms
• Unlimited high-speed internet
• Smart TV
• Outdoor entertainment & BBQ area
• Fully equipped kitchen: oven, cooktop, microwave, fridge
• Laundry facilities: washing machine
For extra groups Konoha Escape is right next door (sleeps 4x).

Things to note before you book:
- Checkout is strictly 10am and Check in is 4pm. This allows our cleaners and maintenance crew enough time to clean and do any repairs before our next check in.
- Policy: Single reservation check out date
Multiple checkout dates within a single booking are not permitted.
- Neighborhood dogs bark on occasion at night.
- Roosters may crow in the mornings.
- We are on the backroad, not on the beach.
- Best to have a rental vehicle.

Great place, perfect for a family. Easy to find and easy check in. Kids just need to be a bit careful in the pool as the tiles have sharp edges

Our family had a wonderful time staying at this villa in Rarotonga. The kids had a blast in the pool and we really appreciated the peaceful setting. It felt tucked away and private, yet still close to shops and plenty of beachfront restaurants. We enjoyed the best of both worlds — privacy and space at the villa, with easy access to resort amenities like dining, pools, and snorkelling just a short drive away. The perfect spot for a relaxed, family-friendly island getaway.

Amazing property! Perfect for our stay in Rarotonga. The house was spacious for our family of four. Loved the covered outdoor deck, this made all the difference on rainy days. Our kids absolutely loved the pool.
