Family friendly, however home needs major remodeling of 2 bathrooms ; door handle in master bath is broken, faucets are out dated, and showers appear to have been painted and are peeling. Floor throughout the house was very dirty, as if it had never been mopped. Home had a mildew odor when we arrived, but went away once we turned on the air. Area rug in master has large stains, as well as poor landscaping; grass is very over grown in the front and back.
Master bedroom mattress is very comfortable.
