This newly renovated home is situated on a full-size lot with year 'round deep water, two docks, and a spacious walk-out basement which includes a new sunroom with 180 degree views of the lake. Upstairs you will find (3) bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. Downstairs you will find a fully-equipped kitchen, dining area, and sunroom with plenty of seating for entertaining or relaxing with a good book.

The upstairs includes the main entrance along with (3) bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. Downstairs has the main living area with a fully-equipped kitchen, dining area, and expansive sunroom-- perfect for entertaining or relaxing while overlooking the lake! The walkout basement offers two entrances to the backyard where you will find a private patio with a gas fireplace, gas grill, and seating.
The home is located just seconds off of High Rock Lake's main channel and offers year 'round deep water ideal for swimming or fishing. The two docks offer plenty of space to park your boat or launch the kayaks or canoe.

Everything was great, thank you for your hospitality and making sure we were doing ok during our stay. The place was extremely clean and well supplied, we had everything we needed there when we got there, it was really nice having toilet paper, paper towels and soaps and shampoo and conditioner if we needed it. The house was comfortable and the area was very quiet and peaceful. The dock was great and we used the canoe a little and had fun with that. But we spent most of our time in the four seasons room which was amazing. Being able to open windows and feel the breeze and hear the birds and sounds of the lake and see the lake activity was the best part of our stay. There’s plenty of nice restaurants and coffee shops in Lexington and Salisbury, too.
