Beautiful Renovated Studio Close to Pensacola Beach

Very comfortable and cute place! Very clean, and location is convenient to a close by park for walking dogs, and only 14 mins from the dog beach. Plenty of good food choices nearby, and neighborhood is very quiet. Place has a small fenced in area for your dog which is really nice to be able to sit and relax for a few minutes, ac works great and shower is nice and hot with great pressure. Would very likely stay here again, only small cons are the walls are very thin in the bathroom so you can hear the neighbors conversation, the washer, the dishes etc And the house next door has an extremely annoying security camera that says “ hello, you are being recorded” every time you come and go, step outside to your vehicle, let your dog out, etc. after the 20th time it felt invasive.

Super clean & cozy! Close to stores, restaurants and Pensacola beach. Located in a quiet neighborhood. Pet friendly! Attentive host. Will be back!

Last minute short vacation for my husband and I. Clean, quiet and comfortable. Easy access to the beach, walking trails, shops and restaurants. And as always, very accommodating for our two dogs.

This efficiency is located in a nice quiet residential neighborhood. It was very clean and well appointed. But what’s really great is that it’s very close to all the needed amenities as well as a short drive into Pensacola or out to Pensacola Beach. It was a perfect home base to get away from the crowds as needed!
