The living room and kitchen have a modern open feel, well lit by french doors and a garden window ready for an herb garden. The bedroom is tucked away from the street with a large window and ample closet space. Central air conditioning and heat will keep this modern cottage comfortable year round. The bathroom has a tiled shower and full-size stackable washer/dryer in the unit. Front patio area. Rent includes ALL utilities, trash, water, sewer, and high speed Internet. Gas and electric paid up to $50/month.
University City is the old school quiet part of the UTC La Jolla area, but with easy access to everything you need, work or play.
