Seacoast Suites is an oceanfront property located in mid Miami Beach, on Collins avenue between Indian Creek Bay and the Atlantic Ocean. We are minutes North from South Beach’s famed clubs & restaurants, and a couple of miles South from The Shoppes at Bal Harbour and Aventura Mall. However, the best part of this location is the beach front access, just a walk downstairs. Building amenities include: swimming pool, gym, spa(by appointment) and tikki bar open 7 days a week as well as restaurant open on weekends from 8am to 1pm. 2 Beach and pool chairs per suite are included based on availability .
Each unit comes with a kitchen including a dishwasher, oven and a microwave.
Check in time is 4pm and check out time is 10am .For any request like crib, early check-in/ late check out please contact Seacoast Suites.
Self parking is available for $30 daily on Site. Package storage fee $5

We enjoyed staying at this property. It doesn’t quite look like the picture but it was clean and and a nice size. The televisions are small for the space but whose spending time looking at tv in Miami.I would stay again.

This accommodation is spacious and clean. It's nice to be able to walk to the beach. The bay view was also great. The underground parking lot was old, but there was ample parking space.

We killed 4 cockroaches: one in kitchen sink, one in a chair in entryway, one in dining area and one in the bedroom.
The location and beach front were gorgeous. The suite itself was underwhelming and not well stocked (hardly anything in the kitchen). Our air conditioner made part of the place freezing and didn’t work well in the back bedroom. So one room froze with only a thin sheet to try to sleep while the other room was stuffy.
The location was great, the beach access and pool were very nice and made it worth the not so great stuff.
The staff was friendly and helpful.
