About this house rental
We rent out our charming house that can accommodate 8 people and is equipped with 11 bikes.

The location:
House ideally located in the Phare district. Very quiet area close to the forest and thus the playground of the bottom of the Mourat.
Located 300m from the lighthouse beach (kite surfing spot), 5 minutes by bike from the beach of the guardhouse and 5 minutes by bike from the city center.
A restaurant/pizzeria "au petit bonheur" located 300m from the house at the foot of the lighthouse, also offering bread.
The house:
House with 4 bedrooms and can accommodate 8 people.
The main room consists of a fully equipped American kitchen (oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, blender, fruit press,).
The table can be expanded to 8 real seats.
Bedroom 1: master suite on the first floor with 1 double bed in 140cm and its own bathroom.
Bedroom 2: bedroom on the first floor with 1 double bed 140cm
Bedroom 3: bedroom on the first floor with 1 double bed 140cm
Bedroom 4: Upstairs bedroom with two single beds, a desk and a water point.
Each bedroom has its own dressing room.
A single separate toilet for the whole house.
A second bathroom on the first floor.
A large entrance/bicycle garage, with water point and a washing machine and dryer.
You will have access to the whole house except for the small garage with the rounded door in which we store our personal belongings.
The house has electric blinds in the living room and manual shutters in all other rooms.

The garden and the exteriors:
The exterior is enclosed and has two gates. The house can accommodate 4 vehicles, three in the garden in an enclosed way and one in the street in front of the house.
The terrace on the kitchen side faces east and therefore benefits from the sun in the morning. An electric awning / awning allows you to eat in the shade at lunchtime. Outdoor clothesline available.
Outdoor table and chairs that can also accommodate 8 people.
The front of the house, facing west, benefits from the afternoon sun and therefore the sunset.
