Best thing about this property is that it is convenient to everything. 4 major grocery stores within 1 1/2 miles. Lots of other shops and restaurants very close. If you are there on the 4th of July, don't bother to go to the city park to see the fireworks (even though it is very close)--- just sit out in the driveway and you have the perfect view of the show (that way you don't have to fight the traffic.)

Bill and Yesenia were absolutely fantastic.
My wife and I moved from Denver to Burleson and needed temp housing for about 6 weeks while construction completed on our new home.
We looked at several options but ended up selecting the Vaden Drive home. The location proved perfect for us as it's very centrally located. It had easy access to I-35 and our new home and all amenities were nearby. This allowed us to find our way around our new home town.
On the 2nd day of our visit we noticed the air conditioning wasn't working. I called Bill and the very next day he had someone on site to troubleshoot. Unfortunately the entire system needed to be replaced which had us a little nervous. Bill jumped in and had the entire system replaced in a period of about 72 hours, it was fantastic host service.
I would highly recommend renting this home from Bill and Yesenia, you won't be disappointed. I suspect we'll be using this home time to time when we have out of towers in and have overflow at our new home.
