Welcome to the hidden Jewel of the Mayan Riviera. This exclusive neighborhood has 24 security. Located just 25 minutes from the airport, one mile from the nearest grocer, & 5 miles from the charming fisherman village of Puerto Morellos.
If you ready to escape this is the that perfect private secret hide-away space you have been dreaming of! My family has been providing luxury vacation rental experiences in this neighborhood for decades. Earning money accolades, including TripAdvisor best of award for 2022 at our beach front sister compound across the street.Much of the staff has been with us for decades as well, many like family. There is no crowded beach. You are across the street from one of the purest white sand beaches in the Rivera. It takes you less than five minutes to have your toes on the sand.
We are located in a private excluded beach area, which means you can relax and enjoy the sea breeze without worrying about snagging the best beach chairs, or beach chair neighbors for that matter.
No crowed buffets. Utilize our chef services during your stay and be served directly at your private outdoor dining terrace or your private indoor dining room table.
You get us, right? NO CROWDS. Ironically enough, we've always been this way. Simply beach, sun, pool dives, delicious food and deep relaxation in the company of your loved ones. That is what we have always been all about!

From full Mexican Breakfasts’, to burgers and fries, to five course steak and lobster dinners served to you…we cater it all!
