About this house rental
Renovated and modern home designed for entertaining! Private and spacious backyard with Pool, Spa, BBQ Grill, Fire pit, and entertaining space. Park up to 4 cars on the driveway. Luxurious bathrooms and Chef's kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Board games for families and kids! 15 minutes from downtown San Diego, Zoo, and Sea World. Liquor store and brewery one minute drive away and Starbucks, 7-Eleven, Denny's, Freeway access, Trolley Station two minutes away!
Pool Heating
Pool heating is an additional $250/day to heat the pool to 82 degrees. The pool heater is turned on 24 hours prior to your check in date and time. Spa heating is $100/day. Spa heating included with pool heating fee.

Pool maintenance is done every Thursday during the day. Your team of hosts will reach out via the VRBO platform to confirm arrival.
Waste management pick up occurs every Friday AM. Should your reservation fall on Thursday, we ask that the trash and recycle bins please be rolled to the street before Friday AM.

We came to San Diego for a wedding and 3 families, with kids, stayed at this property. House has plenty of room for all and the backyard is great for large gatherings. Nice game room for the kids and they really enjoyed the pool. Justin also helped us returned a lost item for my nephew. If we return to SD with a big group, this is where we'll be.

This property is amazing for Bachelorette or Bachelor's parties. We had an amazing time and the host was always ready to answer any questions and help us out with our requests.

We had a group of 17 stay at the house and everyone had great room! There is an awesome game room in the garage that is not shown in the photos but added a fun surprise when arriving! Property manager was very fast at responding and worked well with us! Would stay again!

My family and I had a wonderful stay for my older sisters birthday. The host was very responsive to all of our needs. The house was exactly as pictured. Plenty of space for everyone. We all had a great time.
