Live a privileged moment in the jungle on the Mayan lands.
Luxurious and authentic atmosphere, the house as well as the garden are arranged in several living spaces, allowing convivial moments or moments of rest.
The house offers 300m2 of freedom, for an exotic lifestyle, oriented towards the jungle.
It was built around 2 main shafts that cross the deck.
Enjoy an exceptional garden of 200m2 of green space with hammocks and local tropical plants.
2 car parking spaces.
A pleasant pool in the shape of an oasis, reminiscent of the mythical cenotes of the Quintana Roo region.
You can enjoy the sun and drink cocktails on its submerged beaches or do a few lengths in its deeper pool. The swimming pool is semi-covered, and invites itself into the dining room area where you can also swing above the water!
The ground floor area has a tepanyaki-style kitchen with a large bar and 9 seats. An American refrigerator as well as a small tap with drinking water!
The comedor makes it possible to share convivial moments around this table which can accommodate 10 people.
The cozy living room is equipped with a large bench seat for 10 people, and a large TV with Netflix for movie lovers. This space has also been designed for digital nomads, with power outlets installed under the bench seat and Fiber.
On the 1st floor, from the Deck you will have an unforgettable view of the jungle. Sunrise on the canopy, yoga and moment of relaxation.
Each room has direct access to the Deck, which is the central terrace of the 5 Suites.
On the 1st floor, 2 Suites are equipped with King size beds and 2 other Suites with Queen size beds. And the Master Suite Maya on the 2nd floor has a King size bed.
Each Suite is equipped with reversible air conditioning and fan, dressing room with wardrobe.
Each bathroom is open to the bedroom, with washbasin, hairdryer, walk-in shower and separate closed WC.
The Maya Master Suite on the 2nd floor has its own panoramic terrace, offering an exceptional view of the canopy.

This house was perfect for me and my guests. Really in the jungle, but the Alphonso the host was great with transportation coordination to get us, to places we wanted to frequent. I would definitely stay again(*_*)

Me and my family had a great stay at this house! We stayed for about 2 weeks. Our host was very nice and replied to our questions pretty quickly. The pool does collect leaves but there is a net to clean them out when you want to get in, leaf’s are typical with a pool. Over all it was a pleasant 2 week stay would come again!!

Upon arrival we were completely lost we had to have our driver speak with the host due to language. Home was hidden through a rocky road. Was hard to communicate with host due to WiFi being turned off due to a storm days before and No signal at all without the WiFi. Home was nice pool had many leaves in the pool guy just appeared in the home with his girlfriend and daughter, but overall we had a great time. We made the best of it. The home was pretty clean just a little scary. Construction is also being done in front of home.
