About this house rental
A 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom property overlooking the gorgeous La Herradura bay on the sunny Costa Tropical.
Our modern and spacious home is the perfect retreat for a family holiday or a relaxing getaway with friends.
The property has a large open-plan living & dining room with a well equipped kitchen, air-conditioning throughout, WIFI, smart TV, & a sun-drenched roof terrace with lovely Mediterranean sea views.
Relax & unwind with access to our communal swimming pool & padel tennis courts.
In Detail.
This is a spacious, 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom property with it's own private entrance and arranged over 3 floors.
On the ground floor is the laundry room with washing machine, clothes drying rack, iron and ironing board.
On the first floor is the master bedroom (King) with ensuite (Bath with shower).
Next is the 2nd bedroom (Queen) and 3rd bedroom (Twin) which share a family bathroom (Bath with shower). Fresh bed linens and house towels are provided for arrival.
The top floor offers a large open plan living and dining room with comfortable sofas & armchairs, large screen, smart TV (So you can login to your Netflix, Amazon or other streaming Apps etc) a desk and large dining table with seating for 10.
The floor to ceiling glass doors open onto the sun terrace with amazing sea views. There are two sun-lounger chairs, 2 additional low chairs plus a dining table & seating.
There is also direct access to the well-equipped kitchen (With oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, coffee machine & microwave).
All rooms have air-conditioning for cooling in summer and warmth in winter.
We want all guests to enjoy their stay so just a few things to note:
Our property is located on the hillside over looking La Herradura bay. It's a 5 min drive down to the beaches, supermarkets & restaurants so a car is essential. There is free on-street parking directly outside the property.
Los Altos is a family-friendly neighbourhood and therefore not suitable for parties or loud music.
The house is arranged over three floors so may not be appropriate for those with mobility issues.
The communal swimming pool is open April to Oct. The padel courts are open all year.
If you like walks with stunning views, the property is moments from the Cerro Gordo natural reserve. The trails provide sea, mountain and forest views.
