On the first floor has two bedrooms, one suite, living room, dining room, and full kitchen. On the second floor has a living room with projector, toilet, bar, a mini kitchen, a mini barbecue and deck with pool.

Christmas 2022 minimum 05 days - Package R$ 10,000.00 + consumption of energy period
New Year's Eve 2022/2023 minimum 07 days - Package R $ 21,000.00 + consumption of energy period
Carnival 2023 minimum 05 days - Package of $ 10,000.00 + power consumption of the period
IMPORTANT NOTES:
Will be charged the consumption of electricity and water in season rentals.
A security deposit is charged (deposit), and returned within 02 working days after check-out.
Check-in time: from 2pm - after business hours there is a convenience fee.
Check-out time: until 12 noon - A LUXOBRASIL.com.br employee or representative will meet the client at the property, at the time previously scheduled, in order to examine the property and receive the keys. For check-out outside office hours there is a convenience fee.
PROPERTY RULES:
FORBIDDEN parties/commemorations/events on the property.
The house is limited to 04 (four) people, including children.
Guests will only be allowed by prior authorization.
The guest holding the reservation assumes responsibility for the actions of other people within the property during their stay, being responsible for damaged goods and damage to property occurred during the stay at the property, whether caused by himself or his guests and companions, as fines that may occur due to violation of the rules of the property, law where governing the property or internal regulations of the condominium.
